My Back is all Messed Up

Aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrggggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!

I don't know whether it is because of my daily 30+ kms commute to work on my 'dappaa' bike - or is it because of "Fireman's Lifting" Pradhaan at office today (He said he was not going to accompany me to breakfast. So, I "carried" him to the canteen!!!), but, the point remains that my back hurts like hell!!!
